How often do you change prices?
Prices are reviewed every day against demand, seasonality and local events, using Beyond Pricing, starting from a competitor analysis for your home.
Can I see my bookings?
Yes. You get a calendar-only login that shows booked dates at any time, without guests' personal details, and a monthly statement of every booking and cost.
Can you list my home without managing it?
Yes. Distribution Only puts your home on the leading booking sites and our commission-free booking engine while you look after the stays. The plans and fees are on the Host with Guesture page.
How quickly can my listing go live?
Your home can be live on Airbnb within 24 hours of the photos being ready. We publish only once the pricing is set correctly.
