Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes. Booking direct on the Guesture website is usually up to 30% cheaper than the online travel agents, because there's no booking-site commission. You also deal with our own local team from your first message to check-out.

Do you offer weekly and monthly rates?
Yes. Weekly stays are up to 25% off and apply automatically when you choose seven nights or more. For 28 nights or longer, ask for our set monthly rates: up to 45% off, with all bills included.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is online and contact-free. Every home has its own online guest area, where you check in, learn your way around the house, find the best places nearby and book local services.
Is there parking?
The Regency Studio, The Suite and The Loft at 82 Cathedral Road have private secure parking. The Pontcanna Emerald, Riverfront Apartment, The M4 Escape and Woodland View have parking, and at 5B Senghennydd Road we arrange permit parking. Each home's page explains the arrangement.
Can I bring my dog?
Some of our homes are pet-friendly on request, including Woodland View in Newport. The pet fee is £10 per pet, per night. Tell us before you book and we will suggest the right home.
