Friends and owners
Know someone with a holiday let, or a home they’re thinking of letting, in Cardiff, Newport, Cwmbran or Bristol?
Business partners
Letting and estate agents, probate and family solicitors, accountants and mortgage brokers, builders and developers, interior designers and stagers, wedding and event businesses, and trades. Referrals can work both ways: when our owners need what you do, we’re happy to introduce you.
Letting agents, your choice: the £250 referral fee, or introduce landlords at 0% and keep your own commission.
YOUR INTRODUCTION
Make an introduction
£250 per signed property, paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the owner completing our 12-month minimum term. Paid to the first person to refer that owner. Owners already in conversation with Guesture aren’t eligible.
