Prepare
We give styling advice if the home needs it. On the day, our cleaners make the beds and we stage each room lightly.

Shoot
Claudiu photographs the home inside and out, then edits the images.

Launch
We write the room-by-room listing and photo captions, and the home goes live once its pricing is set.

Is professional photography included when you manage my home?
Yes. Professional photography is part of onboarding for every home we manage, with listing creation, pricing and connecting the home to the booking channels. The onboarding terms are on the Host with Guesture page.
Can I book a photoshoot and listing without full management?
Yes. Our Launch package is for owners who want to host themselves but launch properly: we do the launch work without the ongoing management. Tell us what you need and we'll quote per property.
Who owns the photos?
Guesture commissions and owns the photos of the homes we manage, and uses them on your listings, your home's page on guesture.co.uk and our own channels.
How soon can my home go live after the shoot?
Your home can be live on Airbnb within 24 hours of the photos being ready. A home goes live only once its pricing is set correctly.
Who takes the photos?
Our photographer, Claudiu, an experienced property and hospitality photographer. Our cleaners make the beds first, and we stage each room lightly before he starts.
