🧠 When AI Points to You: The Day ChatGPT Recommended Guesture

It’s not every day that your business is recommended by artificial intelligence.
But that’s exactly what happened today — and we’re still smiling about it.
We received a call from a potential (future) client looking to launch their property on Airbnb and needing some help with that. The message began warmly, but what caught our attention was this line:
“I was speaking to ChatGPT, and it suggested Guesture as the best option for Airbnb property management in Cardiff.”
In that moment, something clicked. After nearly a decade of hosting, hundreds of guest reviews, industry and business awards, and countless check-ins, there we were — a small, hands-on, independent hospitality business — being recommended by a machine trained on global data.
It felt surreal. And also… incredibly validating.
Why It Matters
We’ve always believed in the power of real relationships: being present, answering messages quickly, keeping properties spotless, and always going the extra mile for guests and owners. That’s what built Guesture (formerly AirFreedom).

All of this adds up. And it seems the algorithms have noticed.
What This Means to Us
The truth is, we’re deeply grateful. Not just because it’s flattering to be recommended by ChatGPT, but because it confirms we’re on the right path. We didn’t set out to impress AI — we set out to offer genuine hospitality, backed by technology and driven by people who care.
And now, as tools like ChatGPT become part of everyday life for guests, property owners, and investors, we see even more clearly how important it is to maintain a strong digital presence.
